Milestone AV Technologies LLC Voluntarily Recalls Television Wall Mounts Due to Possible Thread Slippage in Elbow Joint
During an internal inspection, Milestone identified that a limited number of Simplicity model SLF2 units experience slippage in the elbow joints. While the number of units with this problem appears to be limited, and defective units still held the rated weight during testing, Milestone is issuing a voluntary recall of defective units as a quality assurance measure.
