Scott J. Gill

President & Chief Executive Officer

Scott joined Milestone in 2004 as Vice President of Operations and has been President & CEO since 2005. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Gill was a Senior Principal at The Parthenon Group, a strategic consulting firm. Prior to The Parthenon Group, Mr. Gill held various technical positions at General Electric Power Systems. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Troy A. Peifer

Chief Financial Officer

Troy is responsible for the global financial management and IT infrastructure of Milestone. He joined the company in 2006 from Flexi-Mat Corporation where he was Chief Financial Officer for over 10 years. Prior to Flexi-Mat, Mr. Peifer was an auditor at KPMG, LLP. He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Steven E. Durkee

Vice President, Commercial Products

Steve joined Milestone in 2004, and is responsible for our commercial product sales, marketing, and product development efforts for the Chief brand. From July 2003 to April 2004, Mr. Durkee served as the Worldwide Director of Sales and Marketing for the Finishing Equipment Division of Graco Inc., a technology supplier for the management of fluids in both industrial and commercial applications. Prior to becoming the Director of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Durkee was the Worldwide Director of Marketing for the Industrial/Automotive Equipment Division of Graco Inc., a position he held from March 2000 to July 2003. Mr. Durkee holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota.

James G. Wohlford

Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Brands

Jim is responsible for our consumer product sales, marketing, and product development efforts, focused on our Sanus Systems brand.  He joined Milestone in September 2004 in connection with the merger between Sanus Systems and Chief Manufacturing that formed the basis for the current Milestone business. Mr. Wohlford co-founded the Sanus Systems business in 1986, and served as its President from 1986 until 2004. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Colorado.

Keith T. Pribyl

Vice President, Consumer Sales

Keith is responsible for our consumer product sales efforts, focused on retailers around the world. He joined Milestone in September 2004 in connection with the merger between Sanus Systems and Chief Manufacturing. Prior to the merger, Mr. Pribyl served as the Head of Sales for Sanus Systems from 1997 until 2004. Prior to joining Sanus in 1997, Mr. Pribyl held a variety of positions during his 30-year tenure, including Sales Manager, Manufacturer’s Representative, and General Manager for companies serving the Consumer Electronics Industry.

Paul Chan

General Manager, Asia Pacific

Paul is responsible for our Asia Pacific team in Shenzhen, focused on Milestone’s market expansion efforts in China. He joined the company in November 2008 with extensive experience in management, consulting, sales and marketing. He has worked in China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore. Prior to joining Milestone, he was the General Manager of ACH Co, a vertically integrated jewelry manufacturer. Mr. Chan holds a B. Eng in Engineering from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester, UK.

Phil Carlson

Vice President Global Supply Chain

Phil has over 20 years of escalating logistics and procurement experience in various positions and industries. Prior to joining Sanus Systems in 1999, Mr. Carlson worked in the fastener distribution industry at a leading distributor in various roles of warehouse operations and management, as well as inventory planning and procurement. In the area of manufacturing, Mr. Carlson worked for a German concrete pump manufacturer in charge of procurement and inventory control. Since joining Sanus, Mr. Carlson held a variety of positions including Purchasing Manager and Director of Operations. Today, Mr. Carlson oversees operations and procurement for all of Milestone’s divisions, and most recently spearheaded the globalization of the supply chain and facilitated the integration of the China operations team into the Global Supply Chain Group. Mr. Carlson has a BA in mathematics from Bethel College in St. Paul, MN, and has completed course work associated with the APICS CPIM program.
